Shipping & Delivery Policy
Flat Rate Shipping: $20 Per Order Australia-Wide (12/14/18″ Bikes & Accessories)
Flat Rate Shipping: $60 Per Order Australia-Wide (24″ Bikes)
For the majority of our deliveries we use Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post.
Couriers will leave your order in a safe place usually at your front door. If it is not safe to do so please provide a business / work address for delivery.
You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post.
If you have not received an email from one of our carriers please check your junk mail box as these emails sometimes end up here. Please email support@kidvelobikes.com.au or call +61 408 604 375 if you have any questions or concerns as we are here for support.
Standard Shipping Delivery:
Our warehouse is based in Sydney NSW and is not open to the general public. Processing time is 1-2 business days.
Estimates of delivery times – business days from date of dispatch.

- Regional areas will take longer.
- At peak times of the year, these delivery time frames may vary
- Delivery is usually between 9 am & 5 pm on Weekdays.
- The courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. i.e. Authority to Leave is assumed.
- Our boxes have pictures of bikes on them so if your bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- If you are sending to a business address please provide the business name
- All products are in stock unless otherwise stated next to the item
