Kidvelo shall have the irrevocable right to distribute any content provided by yourself or any and all of your dependants through this submission in conjunction with these terms both domestically and worldwide, where it shall remain thereafter.
Kidvelo shall own all rights to any submission in perpetuity. By submitting your photograph or video to this link, you agree that all ownership of copyright in the material supplied in conjunction with these terms shall remain with Kidvelo exclusively. You agree that no remuneration shall be provided in conjunction with your submission if not deemed the winning photo or video by the Kidvelo crew.
By submitting your photograph or video through this link, you hereby agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including but not limited to any written copy that may be created in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You acknowledge that Kidvelo is under no obligation to use your submission.
