Flat Rate Shipping of $15.00 Per Order Australia-Wide
For the bulk of our deliveries we use Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post.
You will receive consignment note details via email from Transdirect, Australia Post or Sendle.
If you have not received an email from one of our carriers please check your junk mail box as these emails sometimes end up here. Please email nicole@kidvelobikes.com.au or call +61 408 604 375 if you have any quetions or concerns as we are here for support.
Standard Delivery:
Orders placed before 11.45am will go out the next business day. Orders received after this time will go out the following business day. For example orders placed at 11.40am Monday go out Tuesday. Orders received at 12.01pm Monday go out Wednesday.

- Delivery is usually between 9 am & 5 pm on Weekdays.
- The courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. i.e. Authority to Leave is assumed.
- Our boxes have pictures of bikes on them so if your bike needs to be a surprise you may want to have it delivered to work or an alternative address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- If you are sending to a business address please provide the business name
- All products are in stock unless otherwise stated next to the item
